Pubblichiamo le prove che le Autorità giudiziarie italiane proteggono i sabotatori del Free Territory of Trieste e del suo Porto Franco internazionale
Abbiamo ottenuto le prove documentali che membri dell’apparato giudiziario italiano nel Free Territory of Trieste proteggono un gruppo organizzato di persone che commette reati per impedire al Movimento Trieste Libera ed al nostro giornale d’inchiesta, La Voce di Trieste, di contrastare e di denunciare gravi illegalità e corruzioni del sistema politico ed amministrativo italiano.
We obtained the documents proving that there are members of the Italian judicial system in the Free Territory of Trieste who are protecting an organization of people who are committing crimes to prevent both the Free Trieste Movement and our investigative newspaper, La Voce di Trieste, from contrasting and denouncing serious illegal actions and corruptions pursued by the Italian political system and its administrative bodies.
Sono illegalità e corruzioni che hanno interesse internazionale perché danneggiano gravemente non solo la popolazione sovrana del Free Territory of Trieste, ma anche gli interessi e i diritti degli altri Stati sul Porto Franco internazionale di Trieste.
These illegal actions and corruption have international relevance, as these do seriously damage not only the sovereign population of the Free Territory of Trieste, but also the interests and rights of the other States as for the international Free Port of Trieste.
Il 28 dicembre 2014 abbiamo pubblicato un’analisi in italiano ed inglese (leggi qui) sulle attività dei servizi segreti italiani per sabotare il Free Territory of Trieste ed il suo Porto Franco internazionale, che sono affidati all’amministrazione fiduciaria del Governo italiano. On December 28th, 2014, we published an analysis (you can read it here) about the actions of Italian secret services to sabotate the Free Territory of Trieste and its international Free Port, entrusted to the Italian Government under a trusteeship mandate. This analysis has already been read by more than 110.000 readers.
Ora (26 gennaio 2015) pubblichiamo in italiano ed inglese un documento d’analisi che dimostra come le autorità italiane abusino anche dell’autorità giudiziaria per reprimere chi difende i diritti del Free Territory of Trieste ed i diritti degli altri Stati sul Porto Franco internazionale.
Now (January 26th, 2015) we publish, both in Italian and English, a document that analyzes and demonstrates the way Italian authorities go as far as abusing of Judicial Authority in order to repress the ones standing in defense of the rights of the Free Territory of Trieste and of the rights of the other States as for the international Free Port.
In sintesi: a Trieste le autorità italiane affidano tutte le inchieste giudiziarie che riguardano il Movimento Trieste Libera e le aggressioni illegali contro di esso ad un unico magistrato, che è apertamente ostile e protegge gli aggressori archiviando i procedimenti penali senza indagini, o con indagini deviate a questo scopo.
In brief: in Trieste, Italian authorities do assign all criminal investigations revolving on the Free Trieste Movement, as well as the illegal attacks against it, to one magistrate, who is openly hostile to the Movement and who protects the aggressors terminating Criminal Proceedings with no further investigations, or after investigations that had been deviated for this purpose.
Il documento che pubblichiamo è un atto di opposizione all’archiviazione di alcuni di tali procedimenti giudiziari firmato dal presidente del Movimento Trieste Libera e dal direttore de La Voce di Trieste, analizza e denuncia tutti gli elementi di questo scandalo ed è stato inviato anche alle Autorità Anticorruzione ed Antimafia italiane.
The document that we are publishing is an act of opposition to the termination of some of these legal proceedings, signed by the President of the Free Trieste Movement and by the director of La Voce di Trieste, it analyses all the elements of this scandal and has already been notified to Italian anti-corruption and anti-mafia authorities.
La versione inglese del documento è stata inviata al Consiglio di Sicurezza delle Nazioni Unite, che è il garante diretto del Free Territory of Trieste, ed ai Governi dei suoi cinque Membri Permanenti: Cina, Federazione Russa, Francia, Regno Unito, Stati Uniti, con richiesta di protezione e assistenza.
The English version of the document has been sent to the Security Council of the United Nations, the direct guarantor of the Free Territory of Trieste, was well as to the Governments of its five Permanent Members: China, Russian Federation, France, United Kingdom, United States, as well as a requet of defense and assistence.
